Atlantas Marine has returned from a highly successful Oceanology International, following several productive days of conversations, demonstrations and valuable meetings across the subsea sector.

Exhibiting alongside VideoRay, the event gave the team an excellent opportunity to connect with operators, partners, customers and industry peers from across the marine, offshore and defence markets. It also provided a strong platform to showcase the technologies and solutions helping drive safer, more efficient underwater operations – something that sits at the heart of the Atlantas Marine proposition.

Throughout the exhibition, there was strong interest in the wider Mission Specialist range, as well as in some of the latest developments being introduced by the team. Oceanology International continues to be one of the most important events in the subsea calendar, bringing together organisations focused on innovation, operational performance and the future of marine technology. For Atlantas Marine, it was an ideal environment to demonstrate practical capability and speak directly with the people solving real-world underwater challenges.

Typhoon ROV Latching System Launch

Atlantas Marine welcomed strong interest in the Typhoon Latching System, which drew attention for its focus on improving launch and recovery. Designed to support safer, more efficient deployment while reducing the risk of defects or handling-related issues, the system prompted a number of valuable discussions with visitors exploring ways to improve operational reliability and streamline ROV deployment procedures. It was encouraging to see clear engagement around solutions that address practical challenges in the field.

VideoRay Wraith ROV

One of the standout talking points on the stand was the new Wraith ROV. Its introduction generated significant interest among visitors seeking high-performance capabilities in a more agile, forward-thinking package. As a fully battery-powered ROV capable of rolling and pitching through 360 degrees and operating to depths of 1,000 metres, Wraith represents an exciting addition to the evolving underwater technology landscape. It reflects the kind of innovation the industry demands: systems that offer flexibility, control, and dependable performance in challenging environments.

Strengthening Maritime Relationships

Beyond the technology itself, the event was a valuable opportunity to strengthen relationships and start new conversations. From existing clients and long-term partners to new contacts discovering Atlantas Marine for the first time, the quality of engagement across the three days made the exhibition particularly worthwhile. These conversations are an important part of how Atlantas Marine continues to grow: by understanding operational needs, responding with precision, and focusing on solutions that deliver real impact. That approach closely reflects the company’s wider brand values of being innovative, resilient, precise and approachable in the way it works and communicates.

Oceanology International also reinforced the momentum behind the subsea sector more broadly. There is a clear appetite for robust, modern ROV technology, supported by expert knowledge and responsive service. Atlantas Marine is proud to play a role in that space by providing modern ROV solutions that help enable effective and safe subsea operations.

The team would like to thank everyone who visited the stand, took the time to speak with them and showed interest in the systems on display. Events like Oceanology are about more than visibility — they are about building relationships, sharing progress and creating momentum for what comes next. On all counts, this year’s event was a success.

As the conversations continue beyond the show floor, Atlantas Marine looks forward to building on that momentum in the months ahead.
