Digital Acoustic Seabed Classification in Shallow Waters

The QTC 5 system achieves accurate, repeatable classification in less than 1 meter of water, overcoming the challenges of limited water environments. At the other end of the spectrum, the system is designed to work at depths exceeding 2000 meters. A complete system, the user only need apply a GPS input, a boat and power. The full waveform data from the echo returns is recorded, and post processed using QTC’s proven IMPACT technology.
