The MP35 performs to full survey specifications from shallow water to full ocean depth, offering sub_bottom penetration, multiple layer tracking, and advanced heave correction. It can operate to depths of 5,000m which can be extended to 10,000m with an optional power amplifier.

Atlantas Marine have recently delivered a new Marimatech MP35 echosounder to Forth Ports. Peter Crawley, dredging and conservancy superintendant said, 'We have used the Marimatech echosounder on board our buoy tender/survey boat on a daily basis since 1998 and we have been most impressed with its reliability. We shall fit the MP35 to our new survey boat'.
